Instructors at My Dance and Fitness are well qualified and make modifications when necessary so that I am challenged but not having to perform beyond my capabilities. They are friendly, and make exercising especially enjoyable.

Veronica not only taught me a dance routine that came off beautifully at the wedding, but we had fun while we learned.

Wedding Dance Lessons

My wife wife loves to dance and I’ve been wanting to learn Latin styles of dancing for years now. As I started to look into lessons, I was fortunate to read a post from Veronica, offering dance lessons through a neighborhood app. I am extremely pleased I contacted her and just finished my fifth lesson! Veronica is extremely patient in teaching a guy with two left feet, that didn’t grow up dancing or listening to Latin music. She communicates the various steps in a way that makes it easy to understand and to retain. Consequently, if there are any guys (or gals) out there that are wanting to learn how to dance, I highly recommend that you call Veronica.

I have been going to the studio since shortly after it opened. I have never had so much fun exercising before. The ladies that go are so nice and happy. The dances are always fun exciting and new. Veronica will take any suggestions or requests that you have for her. Veronica is absolutely wonderful and I look forward to my workouts every day.
