I focus on the quality of my work. With over 20 years of experience in the industry I have the skills to make sure that your project is done right the first time. I was trained by my grandfather and worked with him at all of his construction sites from the time I was a teenager. He taught me never to cut corners, even when it's more expensive. I guarantee that you will be satisfied with the quality of my work. While I do plan to become a licensed contractor in the near future, currently I am not a licensed contractor so I am limited under California law as to the size of the job I can take. Removal of old flooring and installation of carpet, laminate, and hardwood. 3. Baseboard and molding installation, repair, and painting. 4. Plumbing in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms and outdoor plumbing. Can install all plumbing fixtures including but not limited to shower faucets, new sinks and faucets, toilet installation, and can repair damaged or worn pipes and leaky faucets. Can also install new water heaters. 5. Flat screen tv installation and home theater system installation. 6. Installation of all household appliances including but not limited to dishwashers, stoves, ovens, washer and dryers, and water heaters. 7. Installation of interior or exterior ceiling fans and interior and exterior lighting including energy efficient LED lighting. This includes running electrical wires to the location if no electrical wires are currently available - within the scope of California law. 8. Smart home setup and installation including smart light switches, smart plugs, smart bulbs, and smart appliances. Can assist in setting up devices to work with Alexa or Google home. 9. Cabinet installation, repair, refinishing, and painting. Installation of new cabinet handles, pull out drawers, and more. 10. Landscaping projects large and small. Can level yard, remove debris and waste, remove excess soil, install new irrigation systems, lay concrete for patios and walkways, and more. 11. Hauling/removal of trash or other waste from home or business. 12. Demolishing old structures, concrete, and other structures at the direction of the homeowner. 13. Assemble desks, chairs, couches, exercise equipment and any other item that needs assembly. 14. Fix door frames, repaint interior and exterior doors, and install new doors for your home or business. 15. Any other construction project large or small that you may require within the scope of California law.
