Angel ( owner ) and his son arrived on time and quickly set up his vans with his equipment and before starting, he explained the 2 stage process to clean our 5 room carpets. They took their time to make sure the carpets were completely cleaned because they were very dirty. They did an excellent job and we strongly recommend Clean Factor Bakersfield, LLC 👍 Note: They speak English & Spanish.

Louis and his wife have been here twice now. I was cleaning out rooms emptying them all the junk that I had in them and they could not have been more helpful.

100% happy with the job they did, the usual house cleaning plus more. Pulled out my fridge to vacuum underneath, cleaned my oven out, it looks better than it ever has. Also really liked getting a reminder text the day before double checking my address and appointment time. Will use again and recommend to friends and family.
