First off she and her partner were 40 minutes late and didn't bother to notify us. They broke a bracket on my ceiling fan the holds the glass dome over the lights and said nothing to me about it. They didn't bother cleaning one of my bedrooms so they just closed the door. Their cell phones were ringing the whole time they were here and several times they answered and were just chatting on the time while I'm paying them by the hour.They were supposed to clean all my blinds and didn't touch the ones in my master bedroom. They did a good job at at cleaning what they did clean. For the price, next time I'm going to use Molly Maid. Molly Maid cleans my glass doors, window seals, ceiling fans, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, and light fixtures. None of which Jayme Fahy and her partner did. Overall they were an ok serivce but this was the first and last time.

I called for directions twice, because the 1st set given was wrong took us 15 mins out of the way. And next time you'll use one of the 10 cards laying on Ur counter, I'm sure no matter what you would never be happy. Never once did u say you weren't happy, you went over the whole house before giving payment, you just come on the site and leave a negative review , but not once did u ever say this isn't clean you were present the whole time.

The ladies did a good job. I am very pleased with their work. They were a tad bit later than the agreed time but they stayed late to finish. They also forgot some of their tools but I have plenty. I will use them again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $30 a hour that's for 2 girls and all supplies.. Most jobs take 3 to 4 hours but if super messy could take 6
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do the deep clean fans, blinds and all the stuff most dread. We've done several move outs and clean before move in.
