- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work on a contingency fee and front costs, which means clients do NOT have to pay us up front. Rather, we take a set percentage of the total settlement and are reimbursed for our costs once the case has settled. Typically, there are no out of pocket costs to the client.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire the lawyer who calls you back and really spends time learning about your case because this is usually an indicator of how much attention you will get down the road. Attorneys who give you their time will make you happier during the course of your case.

Most attorneys become attorneys because they want to help people.
