Ernie has painted most of the rooms in my house; tiled my kitchen, dining room, both bathrooms; redid my kitchen countertops with granite tiles; put safety features in my mom's bathroom; built and installed a beautiful fireplace mantel. He and his crew moved my furniture and boxes from a storage unit into my home and set up beds and patiently placed, then moved furniture, including a heavy piano. He removed mold from a bathroom and closet, which included repairing a wall and carpeting the closet. Smaller jobs include repairing sprinklers, installing outdoor floodlights, and plumbing. In a pinch, he even jump-started my car.

Ernie did a fine job and at a reasonable rate. He stayed in communication and arrived on time. He made sound suggestions about the project, which we followed and are now glad we did. His bid was lower than another "name brand" firm. We would call upon him again if the need arises.

Ernie has done work for me at my rental home for over 5 years, I don't consider calling anyone else. Recently, I had evicted a renter, Ernie made himself available to help me gain access to the house when the sheriff arrived, he also made sure that the locks were changed and the house was secure. The renter caused a great deal of damage and Ernie walked through the house with me to assess the needed repairs. I received his very fair estimate quickly and the work was completed much faster than I expected. I wish I could post the before and after; Ernie patched a lot of drywall damage, I couldn't tell where the patches were when finished, he matched the texture perfectly. He hauled truckloads of trash away, painted the entire inside, replaced old ceiling fans, grouted tile, everything looked brand new when he was finished. The work was done quickly and I was able to get it back up for rent right away. Ernie also rebuilt my patio cover, 2 years ago which still looks great. It's hard to find great service and quality work these days, Ernie offers both along with honest pricing.
