- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to have a direct conversation over the phone as that would give us clarity for the best price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would call and have a discussion about the issues the customer is facing and would explain to the customer how we can fix it and also ways how the customer won't face a similar situation again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have primarily been dealing with a handful clients directly and thought why not take it further by growing the company.
