- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Providing an accurate quote on windows or patio doors replacement project without measuring and a walk-through can be a challenging task and sometimes can create problems and price increases. In addition, prices can vary, based on brands, sizes, and configuration of the window unit. We always encourage the client to at least talk to the pro on the phone, and provide an opportunity for a walk-through.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most beneficial way to the customer would be to schedule an appointment so we can do a walk-through, take accurate measurements and see what the client exactly needs. We bring samples of our brands and provide the client with all-inclusive quote, all at the same meeting.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Brand Name doesn’t indicate performance. New windows can make your home quieter, more attractive, more energy-efficient, and less drafty, and they don’t need painting. They’re also easier to clean than the old windows and don’t have to be really expensive.
