Ed Holder recently performed a variety of customjobs for our household. We had heard of his expertise through a friend of ours who was extremely satisfied with work Mr. Holder's had performed for him. Happy to say we too were very satisfied with the results of Mr. Holder's work . He completed a room addition for us that had previously been left unfinished. This work included completion of the window installations, flooring, plumbing and roofing. The work was outstanding and met our high standards. Mr. Holder always arrived on time and worked nonstop all day. He takes great pride in his work results and his expertise is clearly evident. I would hire him again in a heartbeat should the need arise. I will also be recommending him to friends in need of an expert.

I was a general building contractor in California for 30 years and am very familiar with residential and commercial construction projects. I currently own an 8 unit apartment property in Banning and have made many interior and exterior improvements. I've hired subcontractors and employed local workers to accomplish this and have been disappointed with almost of them. It's difficult to find someone who does a good job for a fair price. Ed has proven to be a responsible guy who shows up for work on time, communicates well, takes pride in his work and is not lazy. He has extensive construction knowledge, works in a clean, organized manner and finishes what he starts. He has installed floor tile and concrete block, made interior repairs, done carpentry and landscaping jobs for me and did a great job on all of them. I'm particular about the quality of work product on my property and do not normally recommend people but I know you will be glad you chose him for your improvement project.

I know Ed personally and over the 10 years that I've known him I've always seen him act professionally and a positive attitude. I know he's been in many types of the contruction and always seemed to love expanding his knowledge. Any time I've needed help with organizing our move or to repair something i had broken he stepped up without hesitation. Ed has always been an upright and honest man.
