We were very pleased with the communication before and while negotiating the work needed.
Joe Hoffman did provide us with a very reasonable quote for providing service and cost was as well very reasonable. Communication between us was professional, and I had many ???'s but he did answer to our satisfaction. 😁😁 , and we want to compliment him on his problem solving capabilities !!!!! , since I admit I am very picky personn 😊.
All my questions were answered graciously by Joe Hoffman as owner of his own company. . He responded in timely fashion even though I had for instances of service he provided for us changed. and found arrangements were made to our pleasure and all worked out great. change
His work ethic was professional, polite, workmanship was appropriate.
One negative comment was had pre-set time, we waited, for his arrival and past the time set up ,we received text about tardiness but was not before as we would have liked since we had set up time with a third party to arrive and therefore the other party mentioned this to us, so would have preferred notification before tardiness. Third party did mention not once but twice about being late saying he was in business and one crucial habitcto not make a pattern isctocbecon time always.
. We did not get text until over 23 minutes past arranged timeframe. Our idea is that when in business he should have notified beforehand at least 30 minutes as a rule in business practice. Since third party mentioned times 2 to me, it was a concern for ualso so we are mentioning.
We were pleased as mentioned and we are planning to use his service again . He does have many services he is capable of providing, we wil be utilizing his services in the future, and scored at 5****, recommemd his service to others, efficient service provider..
