- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No. Standard pricing as each customers home and financial situation differs and so I keep that in mind when pricing a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My normal process for a new customer is the same as all customers unless. I. Have a customer that requires something different. I normally have explained and maybe demostrated to.my customers the process or routine that I clean with before the day of the actual cleaning so when I arrive for cleaning I can get right to the job without much delay. I treat my customers all the same on Professional Business level but yet I make it a pleasant and friendly encounter as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
None other than stay alert to all new cleaning equipment and supplies that may come new to the market as far as the actual cleaning aspect of the job. As far as managing the job with the people that I have working with me well yes I am continously taking management and leadership courses to ensure I am. Doing whatever I. Can to. Run a. Successful Administration part of the business.
