- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's SIMPLE. we sign a agreement, all the terms of our services are disclosed, and you the property owner grant us the right to service and collect on your behalf. we introduce our company as the new management once the time is right. we start taking over the tenant inbound calls and servicing all the needs of your properties, or property without any delay, in service to tenants.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train and educate all our employees on all new tenant laws within the State Of California. we also train out Maintenance staff on proper entry and customer service. They represent us as a whole and we make sure our image and service is always on the positive side.
