GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL. THE FIRST UNIT THEY LISTED FOR RENTAL ON A MONDAY AND BY THURSDAY, THEY ALREADY HAVE 11 SHOWINGS AND BY FRIDAY, I HAD A WELL QUALIFIED AMAZON ENGINEER AND FAMILY AS A TENANT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS. ALSO LIKE THAT IF THERE IS EVER A MAINTENANCE ISSUE WITH MY RENTAL PROPERTIES, ZENPLACE GETS MULTIPLE QUOTES AND KEEPS EXPENSES LOW. I AM HAPPY WITH ZENPLACE!!! PROFESSIONAL! AND GETS THE JOB DONE!!!! I GIVE IT 5 STARS!

If you are looking for a property management company, I would highly recommend Zenplace. Zenplace always provides timely updates and recommendations. Their team also did an awesome job on putting up the listing. I truly appreciate their professionalism. I was recently relocated for work and had less than a month to tie things up with my property. I was determined not to use a property manager, until I met with Zenplace. They just made everything easy. They know their stuff, and do a great job. Working with them was truly the least stressful part of relocating. Marketing, negotiations, tenants checks and even some needed repairs have been completely painless. I could not have given my tenant the quality of service they do. I trust them and highly recommend them.

Zenplace is at the top of property management business! I have worked with Zenplace for about a year now, and I cannot use any other adjective but excellent when reviewing their services. Zenplace has done a phenomenal job in taking care of my rental property. They are professional, clear, responsive, courteous, and punctual. I receive regular updates with monthly statements and activity, which helps me keep track of the current status and history. I personally am quite detail-oriented and I would like to be thorough. During our initial discussions, Zenplace's team took the necessary time to explain me the processes and procedures that Zenplace follows, and patiently answered all my questions. I also believe that when it comes to handing over the keys of your property to someone else, no one can afford to take chances to work with people whom they cannot trust. Being physically far away from my property made this even more important for me. I searched various property management companies as meticulously as I can and chose to work with Zenplace and to this date, I have been very pleased with the choice I made. Thank you Zenplace Property Management for your excellent service!

Zenplace Property Management has done an incredible job in managing our properties. They came on board in a super tight time window, put in a ton of extra effort, and got all our properties transitioned smoothly to their property management team. To say they've gone above and beyond is a huge understatement. Zenplace's team especially has been a pleasure to work with. The team is incredibly polite, professional, experienced, and is always willing to offer suggestions on how to deal with various issues. I have worked with several property management companies in the past, and Zenplace Property Management is by far the best. If you have the opportunity to work with Zenplace and their team, I can not recommend them highly enough!
