GREAT EXPERIENCE! I OWN 3 PROPERTIES, 1 SINGLE FAMILY HOME, 1 MULTIFAMILY BUILDING (11 UNITS) AND 1 CONDO, AND I HAVE USED SEVERAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES OVER THE LAST 20 YEARS. HOWEVER, I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A BETTER COMPANY FOR THE LAST FEW YEARS. WHEN YOU OWN RENTAL PROPERTY, THERE ARE A FEW THINGS THAT MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE - HAVING GREAT TENANTS WHO WILL TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTY, LEASING THE PROPERTY FAST AND NOT LOSE MONEY FROM UNIT BEING VACANT TOO LONG, AND TAKING CARE OF REPAIRS IF ANY QUICKLY AND COST EFFECTIVELY. ALL THE PROPERTY MANAGERS AND LEASING AGENTS I USED WERE GOOD AT MOST ON ONE OF THESE KEY ITEMS. ZENPLACE PROPERTY MGMT HOWEVER IS THE ONLY COMPANY I HAVE FOUND THAT FOCUSES ON ALL. THE FIRST UNIT THEY LISTED FOR RENTAL ON A MONDAY AND BY THURSDAY, THEY ALREADY HAVE 11 SHOWINGS AND BY FRIDAY, I HAD A WELL QUALIFIED AMAZON ENGINEER AND FAMILY AS A TENANT. WHEN I TALKED TO THE TENANT, HE SAID HE LIKED ZENPLACE'S ONLINE AND MOBILE SYSTEM FOR INSTANTLY BOOKING SHOWINGS AND WAS FRUSTRATED BY OTHER AGENTS WHO HE WOULD HAVE TO KEEP CALLING. ZENPLACE ALSO QUICLY COLLECTED THE DEPOSIT AND GOT THE LEASED SIGNED FAST SO NO WAITING THERE. GREAT LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH MY OTHER UNITS TOO - QUICK, FAST, AND ATTRACT HIGH QUALITY TENANTS. ALSO LIKE THAT IF THERE IS EVER A MAINTENANCE ISSUE WITH MY RENTAL PROPERTIES, ZENPLACE GETS MULTIPLE QUOTES AND KEEPS EXPENSES LOW. I AM HAPPY WITH ZENPLACE!!! PROFESSIONAL! AND GETS THE JOB DONE!!!! I GIVE IT 5 STARS!

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Zenplace. Zenplace Property Management listed our townhome for rent and made the whole process go by with absolute ease. I believe Zenplace found qualified tenants within 10 days of listing the property. Zenplace’s team took care of all the showings, paperwork, & background checks, associated with the leasing of our townhome. Till this day I can't get over how easy the process was. It goes without saying Zenplace is absolutely a pleasure to work with and without doubt I would recommend them to anyone looking to lease, rent, or manage a property.

Zenplace is at the top of property management business! I have worked with Zenplace for about a year now, and I cannot use any other adjective but excellent when reviewing their services. Zenplace has done a phenomenal job in taking care of my rental property. They are professional, clear, responsive, courteous, and punctual. I receive regular updates with monthly statements and activity, which helps me keep track of the current status and history. I personally am quite detail-oriented and I would like to be thorough. During our initial discussions, Zenplace's team took the necessary time to explain me the processes and procedures that Zenplace follows, and patiently answered all my questions. I also believe that when it comes to handing over the keys of your property to someone else, no one can afford to take chances to work with people whom they cannot trust. Being physically far away from my property made this even more important for me. I searched various property management companies as meticulously as I can and chose to work with Zenplace and to this date, I have been very pleased with the choice I made. Thank you Zenplace Property Management for your excellent service!

I hired Zenplace to manage the tenant placement and property management of my property. I was referred to Zenplace by my real estate agent. All of my interactions with Zenplace were prompt and professional. They helped me up front with candidate screening and took care of all of the maintenance work that was needed, from routine preventative work to managing the process of replacing the refrigerator when it was beyond economical repair. I had nothing but good experiences working with Zenplace and my tenants seemed happy with them as well. I would recommend Zenplace to anyone who is considering hiring a property manager.
