I had an appointment to get a bid on a future project. The night before, I suddenly had water flowing through my kitchen from a leak in the upstairs shower. Drew immediately rearranged his schedule to address my emergency. He arrived right on time and quickly located the broken pipe, diagnosed what caused the problem and corrected the install to ensure no future problem. His professionalism certainly instilled confidence in choosing him for my original project.

I was using a hose when watering my backyard and broke a pipe that stuck out of the ground/concrete by pulling too roughly on the hose. I tried fixing it myself using putty, but nothing really kept working because part of the damage was below the concrete. Andrew Fixed the pipe and ended up saving me hundreds of dollars and he even filled in the concrete that he had to remove to fix the pipe. He worked very quickly and helped saved my flower garden last summer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to earn your business for life. After diagnosis of problem, we will typically provide different options based on repair and homeowners budget. If homeowner has multiple projects / repairs, we recommend to start small and let you see how we operate and work before deciding to move on to larger projects. Trust and mutual respect is always our goal through the entire process.
