So far a great experience. Dealing with the office, the service was easy, clear and very polite.The technician that came to our house to install the system was extremely polite, very knowledgeable, easy to understand and answered all our questions.We didn't experience the benefits of the water yet. On our kitchen sink Jimmy installed a filter for the Alcaline Water, and we are waiting until all is flushed and ready to consume.

The tech was on time and did a very clean job. Jimmy explained what he was going to install and walked me through the system after he completed the job. The system looks impressive and I'm looking forward to using it and feel the difference in my water.
