Roberto was very kind, patient, and encouraging when it came to explaining what his process was and what he needed to do. I had multiple malfunctioning devices and lights and he systematically checked them all. He even went up to look into the attic and took a video for me to see what it looked like. He was thorough and followed up with me about issues on the city side as well, and has been working with me to make sure I know where to proceed. 100% will hire again for electrical needs in the future!
