- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. We base our standard costs on the various goods and services we provide. We have researched and developed this based on past experiences but know that costs of goods and services do fluctuate and that every situation has unpredictable factors that can vary the normal cost researched. When we give a quote it is an estimate and upon further research and communication the price can be negotiated and changed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are planning a meeting, mini seminar, or a social celebration, it is important to be organized and stay on top of the clients needs. Life can be overwhelming and many activities surrounding planning an event take time in researching and choosing the best possible solutions to bringing a fabulous event to the top. We focus on the goals, organize the objectives and coordinate the initial meeting with the customer free of charge. We consider all the possibilities. We don't want the customer to feel like they are over their head. Once hired we will followup and keep in contact with the customer daily or weekly depending on the needs agreed to by us and the client. We want the clients to keep coming back to us and know that ongoing services are based on referrals. We will take special care providing outstanding top notch services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Seminars and classes through continuing ed, and the acclaimed Artist Farla Binder, Also worked in the catering field for several years. I network and socialize continuously and research the internet on a daily basis.
