- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and below the average cost for similar services. I usually charge for material, labor and disposal services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go into a new potential job with the intent to please my client by achieving the idea/vision of the initial project, Therefore, I come out to see the project and access the area of the project. Then, I'll measure and take notes while asking questions for clarity purposes. Once I have all the information documented, I will inform the customer that I would draft an invoice and email it to them for the total service and material amount.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in my field of work and I continue to learn new trades to accommodate the demand for other services outside my profession . I received my schooling / training through Local 4 Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers in Southern California.
