Introduction: Hello,
My name is Joseph and I am a boxing coach. I have been doing private lessons since 2019.
I have a B.A. in Exercise Sport Science with an emphasis on coaching from Concordia University Irvine. I have boxed for over 12 years in the professional and the USA Amateur Boxing circuit. I teach boxing to athletes that want to learn the sport or just get a great workout in. Come try out a private class :)

After one class with Joseph I can definitely guarantee he will be an excellent choice for a boxing coach. Along with an intense workout the constant positive reinforcement he gives is top notch. I truly enjoyed working with him and will definitely be coming back for more classes. He is very pleasant to work with, very professional, and very genuine in the way he wants you to succeed in whatever your venture into boxing is.

Joseph taught me everything from the basics and always encourages you with enthusiasm every work out. He really has a great passion for the sport of boxing and you can easily see it when he's your coach. It's been a couple of fun and insightful lessons but I'm still looking to develop the skill of boxing further through Bellflower boxing. I can't imagine having a better boxing coach than him !

Great workout session! He put me to work and thats what i was looking for! Learned the basics of boxing. He is good at explaining everything. I was nervous cause this was my first boxing class but he made me feel comfortable and i got a sweat out of it! Definitely coming back🥊
