Introduction: Lean into fitness with me. I offer personally tailored individual program designs, with a primary focus on postural imbalance correction and core strengthening, and an emphasis on proper form development. I do individual, one-on-one personal training as well as group exercise. I am an NASM certified personal trainer and currently studying for my NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification (to be completed by May 2013). I am also a certified Dynamic Variable Resistance Training Level II (sand bag certification) and boot camp instructor. My clients love my varied exercise programs, motivating and encouraging attitude, and flexible scheduling. Since working with me, each of them has seen a great improvement in their overall fitness abilities and improved health. Instead of dreading workouts, my clients have felt the benefits of a healthier lifestyle and look forward to my challenging, but always scalable, workouts.

I was looking to change things up. Not only did I find that change, I found Tanya; that was nearly two years ago. For me, a successful trainer is one who is knowledgeable, encouraging, flexible, patient, and creative. Tanya is that successful trainer. Every session with Tanya is unique as she’s inventive, fun and ever-changing so there is no chance of boredom. Tanya keeps me motivated and challenged. One major component, as far as I’m concerned, to being a top notch trainer is the ability to modify any and all exercises/activity based on one’s ability and/or health. Due to periodic aches and pains, Tanya insures that modifications are made and my wellbeing comes first. Tonya has been amazing to work with. She listened to my needs, analyzed my strengths and weaknesses and personally designed revolving workouts to benefit me. I’ve seen great results from core strength (no more sore back) to stretching and overall endurance. Her workouts are fun, interactive and leave me feeling great. Tonya is a true professional and is always 5 minutes early and works me for the entire hour. I have never had such great instruction and motivation as I have with Tonya.

I have worked with Tonya for one year. She continually creates workouts that improve my balance, strength, and flexibility. Though her workouts are tough, I absolutely love working with her. She is smart, determined, and focused, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Tonya also accomodates my occasional scheduling difficulties. She is incredible. I strongly recommend her to anyone interested in working hard to improve his or her physical condition and lifestyle.
