Introduction: Lean into fitness with me.
I offer personally tailored individual program designs, with a primary focus on postural imbalance correction and core strengthening, and an emphasis on proper form development. I do individual, one-on-one personal training as well as group exercise.
I am an NASM certified personal trainer and currently studying for my NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification (to be completed by May 2013). I am also a certified Dynamic Variable Resistance Training Level II (sand bag certification) and boot camp instructor.
My clients love my varied exercise programs, motivating and encouraging attitude, and flexible scheduling. Since working with me, each of them has seen a great improvement in their overall fitness abilities and improved health.
