- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I list my prices for each item on my proposals so my customer knows exactly what everything costs, there are no hidden charges. It also allows the customer adjust their order to fit their budget, if necessary. I offer discounts to repeat clients, to event planners and I will work with my customer to keep within their budget and still have a great event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a customer knows what they want in table games, then I will provide a proposal based on their request. If they are not sure, then I will provide multiple proposals based on the number of guests, room size and budget. They will have options to choose from. If they have a venue selected, I will meet with them to do a 'walk thru' at the venue to determine the casino layout. I will go over the details of what to expect before the event (set-up), during the event and the end of event. I also refer them to my website for more info.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to becoming an owner of a casino rental company, I worked in the Casino industry in Reno for 24 years. I worked with and dealt to people of all walks of life. I enjoyed dealing and always made sure my players had a fun time. I never thought of it as "work" or a "job", which is why I was a dealer for 24 years.
