FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to be competitive by leveraging our purchasing power — we buy in large volume, negotiate favorable terms from manufacturers and suppliers, and pass many of those savings along to you. That said, we may not always be the lowest quote — part of our value is in the quality of workmanship, materials, customer service, and warranty support. We do offer financing options to help make projects more affordable. For example, we provide “same-as-cash” loans (no interest if paid within a set period) as well as other flexible lending packages. All estimates are free and without obligation. You’ll also want to consider factors like site preparation, permitting, and any special customization when comparing quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact & consultation When you reach out, we’ll schedule a site visit so one of our experienced estimators can assess the property, discuss your vision and constraints (e.g., slopes, existing structures, access, utilities). Proposal & estimate After the site visit, we’ll produce a detailed quote outlining materials, labor, timeline, and warranty terms. You can review, ask questions, and make revisions. Permitting & planning If local permits are required, we help guide you through that process (or in some cases, handle it on your behalf). Fabrication & preparation Because we fabricate many of our fence components in-house, we begin preparing fence panels and parts to spec before the installation date. Installation On the scheduled day(s), our installation crew arrives, sets posts, mounts panels or boards, installs gates, and does finishing touches (staining, hardware, clean-up). Walk-through & final inspection After installation, we will walk the job with you to confirm everything meets expectations, make any adjustments, and ensure your satisfaction. Warranty support & follow-up We back our work with a warranty and remain available if future maintenance or warranty issues arise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teams undergo ongoing training in material handling, installation best practices, safety protocols, and quality control to maintain high standards. We leverage proprietary processes and technologies (for example, design of components, fabrication quality, structural reinforcements) developed across our national network. Because we are part of a nationwide franchise system, we have access to corporate-level training, shared best practices, and support systems that ensure consistent performance across locations.
