Sonny Floors are simply the best. My family are so happy we went with them after evaluating several. It's a family business and it shows in the quality of their work. The wooden flooring they have installed on my entire second floor plus stairs looks absolutely gorgeous. Their work ethics, closeness to details, working with our schedule, moving furniture, etc. all stand out par excellence. A big thank you to Sonny and his boys for a job beautifully done.

The best service that we had after we moved in the new house!
Sonny showed up on Saturday morning when it was raining very hard outside. He set up his station outside and put protector in our living room and hallway to protect our floor.
Once everything was set, he was working the whole time even though our cats and dogs bother him, he did not complain. really appreciate it!
On Saturday night, before he left, he cleaned up everything inside of the house and outside of the house. oh my, I was surprise and amazed that he even cleaned up our front yard where he set his station. He came back again on Sunday and finished our two bedrooms hard floor installation.
Sonny is super professional! I will definitely ask him to come back to install floor for our another bedroom!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitive with our pricing but will not go to low just to get a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come out and measure the areas and bring samples if needed. We go over details of the tear out and installation process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed contractor and have taken training classes along the way. I was in the hardwood union before becoming a contractor. My guys have all been trained by me so they do not have the bad habits of other installers
