- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have standard prices for our VoIP Services ($28.99 per month per line), and we charge from $125 to $145/hr for open-ended consulting gigs. Telnexus will offer fully managed services where we take responsibility for your site operation for $50 per seat (offsite) or $125/seat (onsite). We will also offer fixed pricing for projects like Email Migration, which ranges from $500 to $1000 per user.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work as professional IT consultants, where we carefully listen to the customer's needs. Next, we recommend a preferred solution that meets or exceeds industry standards. Once we propose a solution, we work with customers to make sure they are buying just the amount of products and services they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vernon Keenan is a 30 year Silicon Valley veteran who is an expert in database and enterprise systems. Mr. Keenan has a BS in Engineering from Northwestern University. He has published hundreds of magazine articles and blog postings on technology and economics.
