I hired Wally's to replace a toilet fill valve, and also clean a shower drain. I would definitely hire them again. They quickly responded to my inquiry, and they had a service tech on-site the same day. Because my job was relatively standard, they provided a quote over the phone. The service tech arrived on time, brought all the necessary tools, including the replacement parts. They finished the job quickly, and the final cost matched the quote. The price was what I would expect for Bay Area plumbing prices, if anything slightly less than expected. Overall great work.
