Attic Cat offers full service rodentremoval, i.e., sealing holes as well as putting out traps. Scheduling the initial inspection was easy and prompt, and Niv laid out the steps in a straightforward manner. The company's services didn't come cheap, but we went with them because of their 3-year warranty (as a comparison, another company quoted half the amount but including only 4 visits). And boy, did we call on them. So on the one hand, the initial sealing job was not 100% because our rat king continued to torment us for almost 2 months afterwards. On the other, and to Attic Cat's credit, Niv and his crew were always responsive (via text or email) to our requests for additional visits. Kudos goes to the 2-man crew of Jose and his sidekick (sorry, can't remember his name), who thoroughly scoured our house to get to the rat. I recommend the company if you're looking for a full service removal and suggest you ask for Jose by name.

September/October - We have an older home and started to notice we were being invaded by rats. We could hear chewing and scratching all night long. After pounding on the floor boards and walls for several weeks. We called several pest control companies and decided to give attic cat a call. They came by and gave a thorough inspection and free estimate of our home. Niv went into all the creepy spaces and took lots of pictures of the attic and crawl space. We most certainly had rats and lots of them. The estimate that we received was well worth the hope of being rat free. We had an appointment for the following week. They were accommodating on installment payments which really helped. Niv was not there for the actual appointment but my son says the crew that did arrive was very professional. He said they worked very hard and removed a lot of debris from our crawl space and attic. They communicated clearly about everything they did. They sealed all visible openings along the base of our home and attic. It has been a week since they have completed the job. I am still hearing some residual rat noise but it has decreased significantly. I am also assuming that a few rats were traps inside the crawl space or exterior wall of our home. Because there is a dead rat smell in one place. I am very hopeful that we will be rat free very soon. Niv promised a 3 year warranty and free returns to ensure the job is complete. So we feel very comfortable with our choice in using Attic Cat for our rodent problem.
Update: Niv has also made a follow up visit this last week November 15th. They are coming back after the Thanksgiving holiday to make a free additional clean up. Due to residual rat presence. We have been rat free for over 2 weeks now. What a relief!

We hired Attic Cat for rat proofing the whole house and complete insulation replacement for the attic. The estimator Shawn was great to work with, and followed up with us throughout the project. It's a family business focused on customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend them.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't. It all depends on how severe the infestation level is.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer will schedule an inspection through our website or call our office. The technician will arrive at the site on the scheduled date and time and will inspect the attic/crawl space for rodent activity, damages accrued and entry points. The technician will collect pictures from the site. After the inspection, the technician will show the pictures and provide a full assessment of the inspection. last he will provide couple or more solutions on how to restore the site and prevent future rodent entry.
If hired, We will call the customer a day before to notify our arrival, at the day of the job the team will arrive between the hours of 8-10AM to start the work. First, the project manager will introduce himself and go over the work order before starting. The home will be protected with full ceiling to floor nylon. The daily job process is: cleaning every trace of rodent infestation, sanitate and deodorize, rodent proof every entry point the size of a dime or bigger, clean up the job site of any trace of work.
