- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing reflects my expertise, overhead and travel costs. I do offer discounts to repeat customers. There is a nonrefundable booking deposit to hold your appointment date and time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I connect with the customer and find out what they are looking for and what do they expect for their event. Explain my availability and pricing structure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in theater and fine arts and I am training through the International Face Painting Schools Professional program.
