Sam came the next day after we called. He offered several plan , gave us time to think about it, came back again the same day to fix our garage door. He even detected the old mismatched springs ( that’s why it only last for less than 5 years). And demo’ed what’s a good fit spring looked like. Very happy about his service and professionalism.

Gil replied to the repair request right away and sent Isaac over to do the estimate the next day. Isaac showed up on time and provided the estimate on site. As I have two garage doors need to repair, Isaac provided me a quote for the repairing for one door and advised the other need to replace to a new one. Upon agreed to the price, he worked on the door repair/maintenance and did a excellent job. At the date of replacement appointment(he has to come back a week after, as we needed to wait for the new door), Isaac showed up even he’s car accident a few hours earlier!!!! Really appreciated for his professional work and responsibility.

Excellent service. Door spring broke last night, called Gil's this morning, left a message and received call back in 10 minutes. Scheduled a same day appointment and the technician Ara showed up on time. He outlined what was needed, including replacing other worn parts, and gave a clear cost quote. He was very professional, efficient and politely answered all of my questions. Recommend without hesitation.

We offer very competitive pricing for garage door repair and installation. Our prices are given up front so there is no room for last minute charges or hidden fees. We offer discounts to senior citizens, veterans and student! Ask us about this and show verification to get your discount! Additionally, we have a match and beat policy, so if you find a better quote than ours please prvide evidence and we will beat it!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the case of an emergency repair, we dispatch a technician who will come assess the situation and give you a quote. If the quote is aligned with your expectations they will have the tools to repair on the spot! For larger orders and installs, a technician will come and assess your needs and provide a quote, we will then schedule a day to come back and preform the repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have had extensive training in garage door repair, both on the job and through official CHI courses.
