Since the 90s he has done all kinds of work and building on 3 of my houses. Fencing, deck building, electrical, plumbing. He's good at ground up construction and excellent with finish work, and ceiling plaster texturing, dry wall, etc.

Kai did a great job removing the carpet in my master bathroom and replacing it with vinyl snap and lock tiles. He put the toilet back in place and cleaned up afterwords like he was never there!
