- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and fair. We usually work with a flat rate based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning needed, with small adjustments depending on the condition of the property. We can also work by the hour, depending on the client’s preferences and needs. Everything is discussed in advance, so there are no surprises. We occasionally offer special discounts for direct bookings, recurring services, or referrals, and there are no hidden fees, any additional services are always approved beforehand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by understanding your needs: the size of the space, the type of cleaning, and your expectations. We may ask a few questions or request photos to give an accurate estimate. Once everything is clear, we schedule the cleaning at a time that works best for you. On the day of service, we arrive on time, fully equipped, and focus on delivering excellent results.
