- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer sliding scale pricing at a rate of $140-$250. I believe transformative work should be accessible to everyone, and am willing to work with you to find a rate that fits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a 30-minutes discovery call to make sure it's a good fit and from there we move forward into scheduling! It's important to make sure I can support you with your needs, and that you feel comfortable working with me!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of training in: Coherence Therapy Motivational Interviewing Self-Alignment Technique Contemplative Practice Mindfulness-based nervous system regulation Somatics I'm influenced by IFS, Existential Philosophy, and Focusing (Gendlin)
