- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complication on pricing. I have a name your rate for first time clients anyway! I don't know anyone doing that, so you risk very little. I offer a guarantee as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Paralegal Studies currently. I have about 7 years of school ranging from Administration and several other fields. I'm very proficient and computers and even took a certificate program for paraprofessionals which helped me deal with different types of people better. I check online, real magazines, and read books on organizing, de-cluttering, etc.There is no class for what I do, but I do take classes every few years for personal development. I love to learn!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I work in the Federal building part-time and the rest of the time I focus on building my business. I do many task, but overall I"m in the people business. I have been doing it off and on for years, but decided to make it an official business. Things have been going great every since!
