Hi there and welcome to Your Best Friend Pet Services’ profile! We like to work with pet parents to see how they interact with their companion pets so that we can provide the same kinds of communication cues when we’re caring for them. Having pets ourselves, we understand how strongly people feel about their pets... they are members of the family. We want pets to be (almost) as comfortable with us as they are with their pet parents.

Holly was absolutely wonderful with our cat, Willow. She is professional and offered many great ideas at our meet-and-greet. She sent loads of pictures and videos from each visit documenting how Willow’s routine was followed and also how happy he was. When we arrived back home he was relaxed and happy as if we’d never been away. We 100% would hire her again the next time a pet sitter is needed.

We contacted YBFPets after seeing them recommended on NextDoor. They stopped by, met our dog, and we hired them for a short pet sit to see how everyone got along. Things went fine so we had them pet/house sit for six days. They sent lots of pics to show our dog being attended to and obviously enjoying himself. We are bringing them back for a longer stay next month. They are very reliable and keep their commitments. Holly is running a real, full-time business and will do whatever she can to meet your needs.

YBF impressed me with their “can do” positive attitude, knowledge of pets and pet sitting, attention to detail. Photos and video of my kitty while interacting with her was greatly appreciated! I will definitely hire them again!

Holly put us and our two kitties completely at ease while we were away on a last minute road trip. She sent photos and videos of our dear ones during each visit. We knew the kitties were in excellent hands, and the photos don't lie -- they warmed right up to her. We would absolutely ask her to pet sit for us again!

We usually start with a phone call to see if we’re a good match, then we arrange to meet.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m not professionally trained. I’ve studied animal/pet behavior via YouTube videos and have found much of it helpful, and I rely on personal experience as a pet owner and professional with 7 years experience.
