FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Visit BerkeleyPhotoRestoration.com/pricing to get an idea.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will look at their image(s) and listen to what they would like done, asking any questions I may have in order to gain a full understanding of their needs. I will then let them know how long I expect for it to take, will do the work, and then send them the final edited image. If there are any additional adjustments they would like made, I will happily oblige, and in most cases it will be unlimited free adjustments until they are fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several years experience editing photos for my successful real estate photography company (JeremyBlumPhoto.com) and archival record label (SoftEstateRecords.com.) Mostly self-taught over the years through online tutorials and, of course, the all-important "trial and error."
