Jackie sent one of her two instructors located here in the Bay Area. Jennifer is a wonderful trainer. She's not at all intimidating but doesn't let you slack either. I have been working with her twice a week for nearly 6 months and I always look forward to our workouts. She incorporated TRX, HIIT, step, weights, body weight and pilates reformer into my training and I am loving the improvements in my strength and cardiovascular endurance. Our workouts have given me a positive attitude and keep me motivated to exercise outside of the studio as well.

I started working with Parand two years ago after an episode of low back pain.She was very experienced and knew exactly what type of exercise program to create to strengthen my back and stomach muscles and stabilize my core muscles. In the beginning, my class was mostly Pilates, now it involves aerobics and weights as well. I exercise twice a week. She really accommodates my schedule-as a busy professional with a young child her flexibility has been key in allowing me to continue exercising. I feel great and I think I also look better in my Jeans which is a huge plus.

I have been one of Sarah's students for three years. Among several Pilates instructors whom I have observed, she stands out as truly exceptional. She is a keen observer of the exercises that her students perform, correcting errors gently in a respectful manner. Sarah has spotted weaknesses in my body and proceeded to introduce special exercises to strengthen those weaknesses. Both my wife and daughter have counted on improvements in my posture and body tone during the time that she has worked with me. She has a huge repertoire of Pilates exercises. Even after three years, she continues to introduce new exercises! I wish that I might have encountered her many years earlier. Sarah is a gifted teacher.

Jordana has an incredible energy! She really pushes you to get results and her approach is really fun. She has a deep knowledge of anatomy and how to target specific areas. She always brings new ideas and techniques to the workout so your routine never gets old. Best of all, Jordana is hilarious and has the best taste in music!!! I could not recommend her more as a trainer.

I have taken pilates in the past and the experience has always been mixed. I am not a long limb dancer (the body type at many pilates studios) and found his space welcoming. I really enjoyed the workout. Justin asked about injuries and goals and then we did a reformer workout and ended on the springboard. It was challenging, but it didn't kill me and Justin made sure I didn't fall off the machine. He is courteous and thoughtful and the space is nice and clean. Pilates is expensive, but this is worth the cost. My body felt better after my session. Will go back and see him for more.

Blair is a great pilates instructor. She's super knowledgeable and fun to work with. She pays careful attention to her students and is acutely aware of subtle details that make a real difference. Personally, she's helped me recover from a knee injury, and I really appreciated how she tailored workouts for to make them challenging and safe.

    Are you looking for an excuse to buy a new wardrobe? After six months working with Michal you will need one. The combination of her background in personal training and Pilates, will not only improve your posture and body shape, but also drop you a size or so. Michal is fun to work with and always very encouraging and just the right level of energy to keep you going through a challenging workout. My personal experience with Michal has been great. I am a pretty big guy, 235 lbs, 6’ tall. I regularly have people tell me I look 20 lbs. lighter than I actually am. This is a combination of the great shape my core is in, along with the improved posture from Pilates. So go see Michal and start thinking about that new wardrobe. -Patrick R.

      In working with Lani for one and a half years now, the results are truly amazing. I have developed deep core strength, flexibility, relief from back pain and my scoliosis has become much less prominent. All of my goals have been met, and she continues to take them to new and higher levels surpassing my expectations. Lani is extremely knowledgeable in how our bodies move, she never rushes through a session and is a stickler for doing each movement correctly with precision. Her private and semi-private session are equally terrific and very enjoyable. She has shown me the safe and correct way to do the movements, so I can do them independently between sessions. A gem of an instructor!

      What a wonderful studio! Recently I spent 5 days in San Francisco and wanted to keep up with my weekly pilates classes so I scheduled two classes with Lena Koenig -- I had read her bio on line and expected my classes would be a bridge until I returned home to my regular instructor. Well, what a surprise --- Lena was more than sufficient! I learned several very important concepts within the first 15 minutes that had thus far eluded me and we ended up having two fun, challenging classes. Since I find myself in San Francisco twice a year I plan on attending classes with Lena again. A great find.
