I’m a former professional boxer, an ACE (American Council on Exercise ) certified personal trainer, a functional training specialist, sports performance specialist, FRC (functional range conditioning) mobility specialist and am also trained in yogic techniques. I will borrow from all of my areas of expertise when I design a customized balanced (joint mobility, functional strength, Cardio respiratory and fun) fitness plan for you. Over the last 10 years I have had the pleasure of helping people with different goals. I am now accepting new clients who are serious about their personal fitness goals, including but not limited to: *decreasing body fat, *improving cardio-respiratory endurance, *in maintaining health and wellbeing through boxing fitness, *Functional training. *Optimal joint mobility training. *Body Posture correction. *Enhancing sports performance *Basic yoga I have experience training individuals of all fitness levels, and all ages. Children, teens, adults and seniors are welcome. I am happy to host personal training as well as group fitness classes. I can train you in your home, your backyard or other outdoor settings, including some of our beautiful local parks. I charge $100/ session for Individual and $140/ session for pair or couple. Sunil’s training program has been great for my health and wellbeing; he makes sure all moves are done effectively to move the body the right way. Boxing and kickboxing are great exercises, also his attention to flexibility and stretching makes the training count more than its duration. He is knowledge level on muscles and body is solid. I would recommend him as a personal trainer for all ages and body types.
