- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a commission basis. As the buyers' agent, I am paid by the seller. As the sellers' agent, we can negotiate the best scenario. I'm happy to help
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am open to working with the schedule of my clients. If preferred we can meet in person at my office or at a local coffee shop. Or if desired we can meet at the home or an agreed upon location
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate salesperson and college student of English. I have years of experience working with people and in real estate. My prior career was as a kindergarten teacher in the city of Oakland
