- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We set the fee based on the subject matter, size of the document(s) and customer's requirements. If advanced styles are needed to customize a document, there may be additional charges. We will be able to give the customer an idea of what straight typing will cost based on the type of document and work involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will survey the potentially new customer to explore their business request(s). We will also set a mutually agreed upon deadline date to produce the final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-- LDS (Lead Document Specialist) for major law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years; transcribed voluminous documents that had to be formatted and customized according to the firm's requests; written business correspondence and Minutes for law firms, medical offices, businesses in other industries, and professional organizations; and edited a book for a known speaker and author.
