- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That it’s affordable, fair , convenient, and a great deal for the quality of service and time. In addition, I have a 48hr return policy meaning if you have any issues within 48hr I’ll return to correct the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I’ll request the client to explained to me the details of an assignment. Next, I’ll let the Customer know what materials are needed along with an estimate, timeframe and completion of project. Finally, Once customer agrees with estimate etc a convenient date is booked to begin the assignment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Carpentry , glass and glazer, plumbing, wire installation and Structural welding, Welding, Nccer certification OSHA 10, 30 etc
