we are a flat rate base company. Everything is factored in for upfront pricing before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typical process for working with new customer either by recommendation or online listings. We get a call from the customer. We send a service technician out to greet to customer and show them their plumbing issue and we give them a breakdown. What caused it and what recommendation to solve it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are a third generation, plumbing service company, and a heart of Beverly Hills California. all of our technicians have gone through journeyman training classes through PHCC plumbing heating and cool cooling Contractors association.
