I’d like to appreciate AGX Appliance for my oven repair! This oven has been a staple in my kitchen for years. While it's been durable and reliable for cooking, the one time I needed a repair, their service was quick, and the technician was very knowledgeable. Couple burners on my Thermador cooktop couldn't lite up, I have contacted a few appliance repair peoples, only Greg from AGX returned my call and immediately came over to evaluate it, of course he made a special order for the parts and fixed it in a couple days! He is cheerful and easy to work with, I highly recommend him when you have an appliance problem!

Fantastic experience with Greg! He was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable: identified a problem with my stove after a diagnostic and ordered the parts. One thing that I really liked - he was very good on communication: called with his ETA, parts status and scheduled an appointment for the repair when the parts came in. My stove was fully repaired and works like new! Overall, very easygoing and satisfying experience for a repair that I expected to be stressful.

We’re always straightforward about our pricing: minimum labor is $169, and if needed - parts are purchased from certified manufacturer distributor
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to make sure that customer has an issue I can assist with, and then see what option works best for scheduling. I also remind that service call is free if we proceed with any kind of repair.

I’ve been trained by professionals and took various training for specific brands. I also received certification & licensing for In-home Appliance Repair & Service.
