- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re always straightforward about our pricing: minimum labor is $169, and if needed - parts are purchased from certified manufacturer distributor
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to make sure that customer has an issue I can assist with, and then see what option works best for scheduling. I also remind that service call is free if we proceed with any kind of repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained by professionals and took various training for specific brands. I also received certification & licensing for In-home Appliance Repair & Service.
