- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We are offering free consultations and estimates until the year-end!!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet with the customer at the site and gather information to align clients' vision and desires with city guidelines while providing recommendations along the way. Once we are on the same page on the project we design it and present to the client for final approval before submitting it to the city for approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have completed courses on Autocad, Revit, title 24, and building codes. I was a licensed contractor from 2007 to 2017 (left contracting good standing with the CSLB).
