I hired West Point Builders to build my home addition and they provided great customer service. John, one of the partners, was there everyday to make sure things were going smoothly and was very easy to work with.

Had a great experience with this company. A rep came by to check out what I had in mind and helped me organize the project together (Stucco replacement, floor tiling, concrete repair). What I appreciated was that they were straightforward with me unlike several other companies that came by. They were professional and gave great recommendations. Definitely moving forward with them!

I had John and Joe work on what we thought was a small/medium-sized project at first, but it turned out to be more like medium/largeish. They took care of the additional workmanship, costs, and timeframe in an exceptionally reasonable manner, which I thought was respectable considering other contractors may have overcharged being that we were in a vulnerable position. In the end, Im leaving this review with an appreciative attitude and look forward to referring these guys to family, friends, and colleagues.

Ryan and the team at West Point Builders were a pleasure to work with for my exterior painting project. They were always on time, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

They are truly the best in Los Angeles. We recommend them to anyone we know with kitchen and bathroom construction. You won't be disappointed!
