This was a kitchen remodel and they have done an excellent job. Excellent communication uses top professional electrician. Cleaned up after everyday of work. Put in a emergency water heater. Overall I’m so glad I picked the right contractor.

We had JM Alpha build two rooftop decks for us. Jerry came recommended to us by a neighborhood association as being someone who did a great job on a similar project. Jerry and his crew were good at communicating throughout the process and were pleasant to work with. We are very satisfied with how our decks turned out and feel that the whole process went as smoothly as can be hoped for. We have worked with a lot of contractors, but JM Alpha is the only one we would strongly recommend.

I was referred to this company by a property mgt company. When I met this gentleman name Jerry at the site to discuss the rehabilitation he was very knowledgeable and patient as I had a lot of questions. We concluded with a written estimate. I approved the work and it was completely done on time and on budget. What more can you ask for? They are simply the best!

When it comes to pricing its all about the project, every site is different so we like to explain and educate our customer on how to go about the task at hand ,and find cost effective ways to give out the proper estimate without sacrificing quality and safety.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1- Walkthrough
We do a walk through the property and se the best and most cost effective way to tackle the project depending on the owner needs or preferences this we offer for free in most areas .
Step 2 - Estimates
We sent you a detailed estimate for the work to be preformed ,including what materials and labor will be taking place .
Step 3- Prep and Demo
We take very serious prepping our job sites this means masking and covering all customers belongings as needed and ramboard on flooring were job will be preformed we include container, portable toilet depending on job extent , fencing and properly disposing of any asbestos or toxic materials.
Step 4- tackling the job
We at JM Alpha take care of pulling permits, supply architect and Engennier for your needs ,and depending on the size of work to be done we work with the same subcontractors we have worked with for years wich are also Licenced and insured.
Step 5- Making your vision come to life
Whether it’s adding a new bathroom , room or square footage to your house or making the water or fire damaged disappear like it never happened we guarantee our job and will not be happy until you’re satisfied....
