We manage multiunit apartment buildings, homes, condos and commercial properties, in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We market and lease apartments and commercial space. We collect rents, serve notices and rent increases. We also have many years experience and know many of the housing inspectors and will accompany them on inspections. We have our own maintenance crew and a multilingual staff. Our maintenance crew can turn apartments, tile work and plumbing. We also have very important longtime relationships with Plumbers, roofers and electricians.

Mike Froehlich and his staff are the most efficient and caring property management services that I have ever had. I have owned rental properties for over thirty years and have never had such expert management ! Mike is an outstanding manager; I do not have to worry about rent collection, repairs or any day to day issues because he takes care of it all. I highly recommend him .

I hired Mike Froehlich approximately 7 years ago to provide property management services for my commercial properties. He has handled maintenance, repairs, rent collections, handles all problems, interacts with government agencies and maintains a positive relationship with tenants. He communicates frequently and we make all necessary decisions together. I don't have to worry about things being handled or being woken up in the middle of the night if something goes wrong with one of the properties. He is honest, fair and reasonable. I appreciate that he's not a "suit" guy and never feel that he's slick or trying to negatively take advantage of a situation to my detriment. He is ethical and I like him as a businessman and as a person. I highly recommend working with him and his company.
