- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we will manage the property and handle everything the owner would be managing, while renting out their property at a set price. We either pay per month or take a percentage of earnings of what the property makes from rentals.

We have worked with hotels, apartment buildings, home owners, and realtors.
