Introduction: For over a decade, Meredith ran her own boutique residential brokerage on Manhattan's Upper East Side, practiced commercial and multifamily sales and leasing, and worked on deals pertaining to hotel acquisition. Noticing a trend in bicoastal activity, she decided to pursue real estate in Los Angeles as well in order to better assist her growing clientele. A native New Yorker, Meredith attended Syracuse University until she visited her family, who at the time had recently relocated to Southern California; as she felt the weather out here beat the East Coast hands down, she transferred to and subsequently graduated UC Santa Barbara. After eighteen years of living in New York, traveling the world, and practicing all facets of real estate, Meredith is now back in Los Angeles, continuing her work with some of the most established agents and clients in the business in one of the nation's hottest markets. The business of real estate has allowed for continuous excitement and challenge, as no two days are ever the same, and no two transactions are ever the same. Meredith has found her strength in negotiation, working to make sure all parties benefit, knowing they are getting a good, fair deal.
