- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different types of services, so our pricing system is not so much complicated as it is varied. Depending on the type of assignment, pricing can be calculated on an hourly or per diem basis, on a word count basis according to the technicality of the document, or on a per project basis. This includes consultation, labor, equipment, materials and communications. Should the project require investment, such as travel, teams, special equipment or materials, this is discussed with the client and added to the total cost of the project. Editing of a simple document conducted online, for example, will be less than one involving representation or interpretation at an international event. A retainer of 50% is requested at the start of the project, followed by a payment schedule leading to payment in full upon final submission.

There is a constant reinvestment of income into continuing education and staying up to speed on the latest developments of our fields. Whenever knowledge of a new field is required for an assignment, thorough research is performed in accordance with the nature and duration of the work.
