Kyndl responded to my inquiry quickly. And came out and assessed my problem with my toilet and sinks that were backed up. Replaced both sink drains and matched them with the brand of sink that I have. Would hire again for future repairs.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. He was personable, professional, and immediately made me feel at ease saying, “Don’t worry, I can do this.” My building is older and the bathroom was rusty and a mess, but he handled it confidently and made my job feel like the priority.
What I appreciated most was that he didn’t play the “I’ll have to come back another day” game. He assessed the situation, picked up a new toilet and parts, and had everything installed and working within 4 hours total.

Black River Plumbing was a life saver when I accidentally knocked a heavy soap dispenser into my clients sink and cracked the bowl. They were able to come the same day and replace the sink for a very reasonable price. Looks good as new!
