I would most highly recommend Genuine Consulting Plumbing Services. Isaac is very competent, professional, and is a pleasure to deal with. His prices are also quite reasonable.
I was out-of-country and had a valve leak in my irrigation system that needed immediate attention. When I inquired about engaging his service via Thumbtack, he responded with a phone call within minutes – literally! After we briefly spoke about the problem, he was on site at the house within a couple hours and already had the leak contained when he called me with an update. We then discussed the needed repairs, and he competently completed these repairs within 24 hours. This includes ordering and obtaining all of the necessary parts that are required to complete the work. He kept me informed of every step along the way, and provided meaningful pictures of the situation before, during, and after reinstallation of the affected valves and pressure regulator was completed.
Thus, I would highly recommend Genuine Consulting Pluming Services without reservation to anyone, and I have already added them to my very short list of trusted contractors.

Isaac from Genuine Consulting Company was incredible to work with. Throughout the entire process, he kept both myself and the homeowner in the loop with clear communication, updates, and photos of everything he was doing. He took the time to explain each step and made sure we fully understood what was being done and why especially when it came to the cost and scope of work.
He was originally called out to repair a PVC hose bib, replace a shutoff valve, and descale a tankless water heater, but while he was on the property, he noticed issues with the irrigation and sprinkler system. Without being asked, he took care of those too just to make sure everything was in great shape. That level of care and effort is rare.
Isaac went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely wants to earn your trust. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.
